Okay, okay, I admit it-I used to be a scarfer, big time! Gobbled it down faster than you could say "chopped liver," but I just couldn't help it. Once that taste hit these chops, something just went off. My person tried a few things… like different dog food ...gross!…and less food ...are you crazy?…but for me, the Brake-Fast Dog Bowl was the ticket. I still get my favorite food, but now it comes with an extra bonus: a little game of "cat and mouse" with the kibble. Plus, more of my day is dedicated to meal time now, and less of it is spent sprawled out across the hallway with belly aches. How great is that?

My Golden Retriever Sophie always scarfed down her food and was like a vacuum any time food was around, she never put on much weight because she ate so fast. Now that we have the Anti-Bloat bowl it takes her twice as long to eat and she isn't just sucking up the food. I love this bowl and would buy it again if I had another dog that did this. The medium bowl is perfect for her; she can stick her nose and mouth between the obstructions without any problems.

At first my dog seemed annoyed that he had to eat around the things in the bowl. BUT I noticed that he was in much better spirits after meal time because his tummy wasn't hurting anymore!

The Break-fast bowl is great! It has ended the cycle of scarf and barf for my chocolate lab. He used to scarf his food down so fast that he would immediately barf it right back up. Not only was this a messy problem, it affected his weight and was expensive due to the wasted food. I was to the point of hand feeding him to slow him down, but now with the Break-fast bowl he can eat by himself. The size is great, it holds his three cups of food (two cups dry, one cup canned) perfectly and he does not make a mess when he eats. The bowl won’t tip over and he can’t pick it up to drag it around. If you have a dog that scarfs his/her food, then you will find this bowl will help immensely to slow him/her down.
