Rating:Binky is 16 years old, but you should see her go to town with the El Gato cigar. She kicks it, bites it, and generally manhandles it. I take it out of the toybox once a week and she has a blast! It's amazing.
Apparently "Loco" means crazy in spanish. This product is aptly named.
